Bushido and Ninjitsu

I was wondering if anyone could help me.

I've got my Bushido up to 97.5, and have been using Lightning Strike and Evasion to train, but it hasn't raised .1 since I hit 97.5, even after hours of training it.

Same for Ninjitsu. Got it to 67.5, was using Mirror Image but not am using Focus Attack (which should take me to 90, or at least to 70). No gains at all after hours of training it.

Was wondering if there were any suggestions or if this was a bug or what.

I got Bushido to budge with Momentum Strike, but I can't raise Ninjitsu still. Guessing I'll need to work my stealth first.

for ninjitsu i used shadow jump till around 73 then put on jewels  to 80 and used death strike till 120

I think deathstrike starts at 85 now that I think about it.
