I wasn't able to log in for a bout a week. I was so excited to see the luck apron back, as I missed mine so much and I heard that the table for it has been removed. Will it be coming back or should I just buy it from a vendor? Thanks in advance.

It has now been removed. I placed it back out for another 2 days even after taking it out.

It was basically free, many players bought many of them. They are in the market. You could pick one up at a decent price.
