issue with razor dl

i just finished dling the game files and patching now im on step 2 to get razor but its not working, i start the dl and if finishes faster than my internet should allow and gives me this error when i click run

installer integrity check has failed common causes include incomplete download and damaged media contact the installer's author to obtain a new copy

i loaded up the main razor web page also and tryed dl from there same message

anyone know why i cant dl it?
