Have come across some really nice folks and looking forward to being a part of this community. Old time UOer (launch to 2000 or so) and the "sandbox" world that is UO is unmatched in all games I have played to date (and I have played them all!)
The concept of this server, the community and especially the obvious dedication from its creators and owners appears second to none.

Blowing through my gold with my insured items, lol. It's tough getting back in the flow.
Any tips on some good gold generating hunting spots that a newbie bard tamer can generate some gold?

With such inflow of players (new and back) into pandora, perhaps it's a good time we write up a cumulative gold gathering guide or something.
Elder gazer room in shame lvl 3 (or was it 4) spawns 4 elder gazers which drop an average of 1k gold per kill... with discord and a pet it'd be a easy and safe place to net some gold ;)
iron beetles around in ter mur and stygian abyss drop around 1.5k gold and stacks of ores.. and they easily fall victim to discordance and provocation. and they are non-aggressive as well.
raptors give 1k. they spawn fast and drop raptor teeth (imbue mat) and claws (unravel).
