Shard has been pretty quiet past couple weeks, where did everyone go?!

I agree it has been super slow lately so many times i go to dailypvp or battles and no one is there.
Send emails with the Event Info for tomorrow & make a half off sale ;)
It is sad i finally get to be decent at the PvP events now when i go its either no one there or you and falada VS me lol.

Getting some sun!?! Ugh... yall never spent a summer in michigan i suppose... we hibernate inside with the a/c. I know it gets hot in other places, but you dont know hot, till you experience it with 70% + Humidity!
Oh please Michigan gets what a couple of months of "summer" where you paint the snow green....unless you are in the UP then its a couple of weeks. j/k

hehe :) well it more than a couple, more like 3-4ish, im in southern michigan.. about 1 hour drive from indianna and an hour from lake michigan.. i would trade it for arizona desert summer anyday! dry is is bearable, but when its moist.. its sticky and nasty!
What can i say:
I live in Germany. First one half of Germany was drowning in rain and flood, other half was dry cleaned by the sun and insane temperatures, then we had some beautiful thunderstorms including end of the world feeling and downbursting rain, now we are waitung for the next heat wave. :)
--> Solution: Do not go outside and better play UO. ^^
I know summer time I'm barely on. I'm probably more active on the forum during summer than in game (and thats not saying much). Summer is a busy time for me, and probably alot of the others.
I've been on vacation with fam in North Carolina these past three weeks so I've been getting passed from family member to next lol
This time always gets really slow. Each year.
School gets let out... Summer starts, etc.

I can honestly say I've just been swamped. workin 2 jobs, and getting ready for fireworks shows. I'm still hitting the forums a couple times a day, but little else.
I'm getting ready for work now.......(pooh).
But as said earlier in the post. Summer is always slow.

You can only successfully apply bandages so many times before the wounds become fatal.
UO is a game that, with each passing year, receives at least one or two concussing blows from the mainstream game market.
This isn't because the shard is failing, Pandora is not failing, it's because every year, there is a grace period where some seriously good distractions come to the shelves, in the form of Skyrim last year and The Last Of Us, this year.

Exactly. All the shards have seen player count drop. It's not a Pandora issue, it is a 16 year old game issue. It happens. Ultima players are a genre niche. There will always be some, but slowly it gets smaller and smaller.
Though not for nothing, people always tend to come back eventually too. I see an old player log in at least once a week.

After the juicy news Vor spoke of in game today! I see us growing by leaps and bounds! im excited.. and not going anywhere! I have played many games, but UO will always be my 1st love.. graphics dont make a game for me, features and game play are more important!
Just gotta get the final coat of paint done on this patch and we're good to go.
