So are donations instant, and the amount of coin added to your acc by script, or does a GM need to be present for said coins to be redeemed?

After your donation wait for a world save, then type [checkdonate. The pbucks will appear magically (automatically), no gm needed.
Make certain to type the account name in and not your characters name. I've done that by accident a few times while rushing through the process. It can be a pain to get that sorted out. Also, I believe you will have to gift it to yourself (characters name). The process works smoothly overall provided you don't put in the wrong info :P.

Simply go to any public moongate then go to Donation House.
All items are on the tables or on display or on the vendors inside the house.

The everlasting bandage is a must have IMO. Also a few thing that are very nice to have are bankstone, everlasting pet shrink pot and everlasting apple. Notable mentions are donation pets(ask donation pet owner before you purchase as they are costly) and donation robe. Just to name a few. The donation house has lots of nice things and usually 2X per year Pandora has a half off sale. Next should be around Christmas. Hope this is helpful.
