There are some new characters for imbue: combat threat , resilience, critical strike.. XP tire 15% etc
Does combat threat work? and what is the cap for the total of resilience, critical strike , combat threat and XP tire ? Cannot check it from the [Status menu
I didn't imbue threat, cause its effects are nothing i always wanna get.^^
Caps:
Resilience: 100
Critical Strike: 15 in PvP, 25 in PvM
Tier XP Inc: 100
Combat Threat: idk^^
I do not believe it works as when something is already focused on something it wont change until it is dead anyways.

That's not true. Monsters/NPC's do change their focus while in combat. Depending on who does highest damage and other things. It happens all the time. (When they have more than 1 opponent of course.^^)
There are even monsters with an AI setup that tells them to attack "weakest", "strongest", negative karma 1st and stuff like that.
Ahh ok I have noticed that before but I know for like champs I will use my GD to get the focus than just setup heal on it and can finish the whole champ without being hit once. But have noticed there are a few monsters who will switch it up at time "Neira, Styg Drag".
Still don't think combat threat does much at all. I took it on so when I help out new players at champs or stronger monsters they focus on me so the newbs don't get spanked but didn't seem to help. Still looks like they focus on closest player at first.
The AI short-lists by it's main target type - strongest, weakest, evil, etc - then, it finds the one with the highest threat and takes that as the focus.
This may not apply perfectly to all monster AI types.
If you use a pet, your pet has the same threat level as yourself.
then, evasion, is still useless?
evasion.. useless?? no not at all.. if you hide another player will have a very hard time tracking you or revealing you.. I know you do a lot of champs mon, and I know you get pk'd regularly.. evasion will help you stealth away more successfully
The pet thing clarifies a lot thanks for that.
Also yes I have realized Evasion and Perception does help a lot
Aye, they all do work, did alittle test last night...Nigel
