Where exactly do you learn "Making Valuables with Stonecrafting", if it's not sold by the vendor in Ter Mur?
Go to Ilshenar, Ver Lor Reg (it says "under construction"). In the western part of the city is the vendor you are looking for. There's also the book you need to mine and craft with granite, plus the proper tools (you can also craft those).
In the western area you get the Sandmining and Glassblowing books, including the tools.
