I suggest a monument of some sort, a stone statue for Gizmo placed somewhere in insula with some text added.
Due to Gizmos thread being locked within hours after he posted it I would like to thank him for all that he has done. The time that man spent writing and fixing this shards scripts is probably more than some of us even play the game. The advances this shard has taken from when Gizmo started helping out is unimaginable. I believe that Pandora is where it is at right now because of Gizmo and that a developer talent that he had will be near impossible to replace.
i'm not playing much on Pandora, but in month ive played here Gizmo applied over 7 publishes - it is first server i ever played where technic admin doing so much in that short time - it is really incredible, so i'm appreciate all ur' work done here and hope u will help with ur experience here on somewhere else on future.
We should all thank Gizmo for all his hard work while he was here. I looked forward to seeing what new things would be added, changed or enhanced each week. I was very happy to see a server that was taken care of like this one is, partly thanks to gizmo.
I'm also sad to see only a few people have posted thanking him for his hard work. I suppose many people just don't care but the ones that do will continue to keep things going.
Gizmo did do alot for this server... more than any of us might imagine. I'm going to miss his wonderful sense of humor. I'm also going to miss his insane PVM events where nobody gets out alive! Thanks for the laughs <3
Demotic, keep in mind not everyone regularly uses the forums, and a lot of us have already expressed our gratitude vocally in Ventrilo (plus I figured since his thread was locked, any "thank you" threads would be as well). Anyone who knows how much work Gizmo did for this shard knows how hard, if not impossible, it will be to replace him.
There have been many shards I have played but quit because of staff that was incompetent, immature, or too busy running around with their heads up their asses acting like GM on a free shard was the most important thing in the world rather than being helpful to players. When I saw that Gizmo was not like that, it was one of the deciding factors that made me stay here. And yet I still saw more complaints from players than praise for his efforts. It's unfortunate that some people still don't know how valuable a person is until that person leaves.
Gizmo, I hope you stick around as a player to at least enjoy the hard work you've done, without the stress of "Gizmo, can you help me?" every 5 minutes! ^^

I say here here.. a statue of Gizmo in insula would be great.. like many i been playing Pandora for a month n i say he was there when u needed help... heck he got my SA EC to work playing on it cuz of him make a statue of him insula title it "in memory of Gizmo one of the Best GM in Pandora he will be missed"
I think something like "Gizmo - You will be missed" would be enough,
but all that is for Konst to decide, i wouldnt be surprised if he would be against this idea afterall things like that are controversial

I think Gizmo knows that he will be missed and a statue is just a fun idea and nice thing for everyday reminder, so like i said its for Konst to decide if we need it or not.
I will build a shrine for him.
He now plays as a player, you might catch him training his skills in Insula, and you can still talk to him in vent once in awhile.
I appreciate more than anyone what he has done here.
