What is a good set of resists to shoot for when making a pvp armor set?
Right now I have:
physical: 63
fire: 69
cold: 70
poison: 70
energy: 74
I'm going to try to get physical up. What is the most you can get? Which ones are the most important, etc?
I'm not going for lrc though maybe if I could imbue it on later.
For jewelry I'm going to try and get faster casting/cast recovery as high as possible, spell damage increase? defence chance increase? what?
What you want is 70/95/70/95/75 for elf.
Resist Caps are 70 physical and 70 in all the elements, 75 in energy if you are an Elf.
I just learnt the other day that having Reactive Armour and Magicreflect Active will net you a bonus 5% to all elemental resists and 2% to Physical. Test it out.
The Necro spell Corpse Skin will cause you to lose 15% fire and poison, gain 10% physical.
Having Curse cast on your self lowers all your resist Caps by 10%
Having a suit 70/75/70/75/75
Means you will never have resistance below 60, even while Corpse-skinned and Cursed.
You can start stacking Fire resist if you are looking to try PvPing while in Vampire Form, Vampire form gives -25% to fire resist.
You also want dci / hci on your jewels all +stats are good. The more dex the faster your bandies are.
Mana regen, lower mana cost and hit point increase id say are most useful mods on armour apart from resists. stamina increase if you predominately use a weapon. ul want faster casting and faster cast recovery if yr gonna be casting spells. Beauty of imbuing is you can have all of these mods after a few successful imbues :)
