Indeed you do... another way to learn is to think of a charecter youd like to make and use stratics "class" guides. They refer to which skills you should need for your "class". Another thing to remember though (which I didn't at first I'm used to old style servers/rules) Is you can max out all skills theres no cap to what you can be.
