Can i fully patch now or does it still need to be 7.0.8?

I am having trouble with the patch, just can do the full patch,
how can i patching just to 7.0.8?

watch the client patcher. when it finishes applying 708 it'll start downloading the next patch. hit the cancel button.

ok soooooooo, I am patched to 7.0.3 and every time I use the uopatch.exe file I get this error

I have been searching for 3 days to figure out the problem to no avail. Any help is appreciated.

What operating system are you running? If it is Vista, try running it as an admin. See what that gives you.

Right click.. Run as Admin..
