I recently tried to use this item on my White Wyrm and it told me my skill was to low. I have 103 Taming and 105 Lore w/ the use of jewels. Whats the deal? Can you tame something yet not have enough skill to bond with it?

Seems like it checks your real skill, not your skill raised by jewels.

Go tame some bulls :)
