I was wondering if there was a reason that co-owners are not allowed to secure and change security options on chests and other items in Pandora. It seems that they have no more control over house then "friends" status. If there is a reason that this has been done intentionally could you clue me in. Thanks!
As far as I can remember, it's always been that way. The owner is the only one who can do those things. Since secures can be set to be accessible to owners, co-owners, friends, or anyone, it gives you different levels of access depending on what the owner grants.
just a bit different here than OSI. there a co-owner can secure boxes using "i wish to secure this"
just wondering is all. Makes it difficult when decorating someone else's house for them.
If your a co-owner, You cannot "secure" things. But you can "Lock down" things, Including chests.
When you lock an item down (Owner is allowed to do the same), Everything you put into the chest that you locked down, will be locked down inside the chest, and you have to individually release them (which can start to become a pain), so usually you let the Owner "secure" the Containers making them it much more conveinient to store, sort, and horde items.
But when you use the lock down option for Deco items (Anything thats non-container like or not a deeded item) Its the same as the Owners option to "Secure it"
Just use "I wish to lock this down" instead :)
