First off, let me say THANK YOU to everyone on Pandora for making this happen. The insight I collected from you was critical in making this a success.
As some of you know, this update has been my labor of love, and by far the largest undertaking I have gone through to date. After several months of non-stop work, I am finally ready to release.

Please, please, please do not patch your current client up to the new high seas. Instead, install a new client to play with.

Core Updates
- Update to Classic client 7.0.15.1. You may be able to connect on lower client versions, however this is not supported.
- The Enhanced Client is not supported.
- You can now have up to seven players per account.
- The maximum account restriction has been reduced to three. IPs with over three accounts will be grandfathered in. Staff accounts do not factor into your maximum accounts.
- There is now a five day delay on deleting characters.
- When creating a new character, you will have the option to choose your starting city (NOTE, at this time, only New Insula can be chosen).
- A new welcome message will be displayed when a character is created.
- Due to a current OSI event line, the Casino and Pandora Coin Room have been relocated to Mistas in Ilshenar. Players cannot be attacked inside of its boundaries.
- Several core stability updates have been made to improve server performance and decrease downtime.
High Seas Expansion
- Bank Boxes capacities have been increased by 20%
- Housing storage and lockdowns has been increased by 20%
- Added the Sea Market to both Trammel and Felucca facets. To get there, sail south from Moonglow. Vendors at the Sea Market sell Galleons and ingredients required for cooking magical fish pies.
- Diabolically drawn treasure maps now drop on Pandora
- We have added 16 magical fish pies that are craftable via cooking.
- There are 16 rare fish that can be turned into buffs.
- The Autmn Dragonfish pie gives you +20 meditation.
- The Spider Crab pie gives you +20 focus
- The Blue Lobster Pie gives you +25 Cold Resistance
- The Crystal Fish Pie gives you +25 Energy Resistance
- The Fire Fish Pie gives you +25 Fire Resistance
- The Reaper Fish pie gives you +25 Poison Resistance
- The Stone Crab pie gives you +25 Physical Resistance
- The Bull Fish Pie gives you +15 strength
- The Fairy Salmon pie gives you +15 intelligence
- The Lava Fish pie fives you +15 dexterity
- The Giant Koi pie gives you +10 DCI
- The Great Barracuda pie gives you +10 HCI
- The Holy Mackerel pie gives you +15 Mana Regeneration
- The Summer Dragonfish pie gives you +15 SDI
- The Unicorn Fish pie gives you +15 stamina regen
- The Yellowtail Barracuda pie gives you +15 HP regen
- Each buff lasts for 5 minutes and they do not stack. AOS attributes will not increase over the hard server cap
- These buffs are created using a combination of fish steaks obtained from rare fish, as well as from ingredients purchased from the Fish Monger
- Added a new class of boat called the galleon. At this time, the Pandora Galleon is the only galleon that is usable in game.
- Purchase this from the Sea Market docks for 900k.
- Several updates and enhancements have been made to fishing.
- Fishing powerscrolls now drop from champions.
- Five new trophies are attainable using a taxidermy kit. Target a Summer, Autumn or Winter Dragonfish or a Lobster or Crab to create a new trophy.
- Osiredon the Scalis Enforcer has entered our realm. The ocean based creature is extremely dangerous and even the most skilled hunter will need a group.
- Corgul the Soulbinder has entered our realm. This peerless boss is very challenging, but the reward is worth the risk!
- The Ancient Hellhound has entered our realm. He carries with him a new suit, The Hell Armor. When all five pieces of the set are combined, you will recieve a 75 RFD bonus.
Regarding Treasure Maps
- Treasure Map points are now accurate to OSI.
- The amount of Pandora Coins that drop in treasure chests has been doubled.
- Level 7 treasure maps (Diabolically drawn) now spawn on Pandora. This spawn level is not for the feint of heart.
- Creatures that spawn now vary based on the facet the map is located on.
Regarding Young Players
- Young player status will now last for thirty days unless renounced before hand.
- Players are invited to take a tour of custom Pandora locations by typing [tour. This tour takes about 90 seconds and, while on it, youc annot move and cannot be harmed.
- The heir of Barracoon has destroyed Old Insula! Young players, as a test of your abilities, please rid the land of Saracoon!
- Saracoon is a champion geared at young players. She has special artifacts that young players will find useful.
- Saracoon will also drop powerscrolls (105's and a slight chance to drop 110s) chosen from core skills. Only young players will be able to get or use these scrolls.
Regarding Staff
- A server is only as strong as the volunteers that serve it. With this publish, several updates were made to allow for greater monitoring and control of
our volunteers. Rest assured, staff abilities have been limited to ensure that no staff member can become corrupt and cause damage to our ecosystem.
- Page and Help requests (using the help button on the paperdoll) will now persist after log out, allowing a staff member to respond even if you are logged off.
Regarding Creatures
- Levels three and four of the Primeval Lich champion spawn are now accurate to OSI.
- The Primeval Lich lever puzzle is now active at the Lich Land champion spawn
- To complete it, you must pull six of the eight levers in their correct order.
- Upon successful completion, you will recieve a prize!
- BEWARE: Failure to complete the puzzle correctly will teleport you into the middle of the spawn!
- Gold drops have been doubled at Felucca based champions
- Malas and Ilshenar are now included as Felcuca based spawns
- All Champions, Peerless Bosses, and Renowned Mini-Champions are roughly double the strength of OSI. They cause roughly 25% more damage than their OSI counterparts.
- The titles for the Abyssal Lair and Lich Land are now OSI accurate.
- Niporailem the Thief now guards the Tomb of Kings. When attacked, Niprailem will throw his treasure at you, but take heed at what awaits the sin of greed!
- Nearly all Mondain's Legacy and Stygian Abyss monsters have had their fame and karma realigned.
- Several new creatures drop Spell Weaving scrolls
- Stygian Abyss creatures are now associated with the correct Slayer alignment.
- Several new tamable creatures have entered our realm...
- The Cold Drake has entered our realm. At about 30% more power than a standard drake, this beast makes a wonderful companion. He only takes two control slots and only a tamer with exceptional skill (107) should attempt to control him.
- The Frost Dragon has entered our realm. Stronger than a greater dragon, this beast is formidable to all but the strongest warriors. He will require four control slots, and can only be tamed by someone with 119.1 taming.
- The Sea Wyrm has entered our realm. Comparable to its cousin, the Ancient Wyrm, this creature makes a wonderful companion because of its unique ability to swim. He is quite cunning and takes 117 taming to control as well as four open slots.
- The Shimmering Sea Serpent has entered our realm. Found in the Twisted Weald River, this beast is related to the shimmering hiryu, carrying all of its strengths but gains the ability to swim through the sea. Only a legendary tamer should attempt to tame it.
Regarding Crafting
- Several items are no longer craftable via Masonry and Tinkering.
- Mysticism scrolls can now be crafted via Inscription.
- Necromancy spellbooks can now be crafted via Inscription.
- Mysticism spellbooks can now be crafted via Inscription.
- Forges are now heat sources.
- Gargoyles no longer receive a 5% blanket crafting bonus (NOTE this bonus still applies to Imbuing).
- Blacksmith weapon BODs are once again active on Pandora.
Regarding Currency
- Holy Rocks will no longer be dropping on Pandora
- Donation Currency is now blessed
- You can now get PCoin and Oceanic Coin bank checks. To get one, say 'pcoincheck <amount>' or 'oceancoincheck <amount>' next to a Banker.
- Oceanic Coins now have no weight
Regarding Houses
- Players can now use the stealing skill inside of houses.
- Players can not take damage inside houses.
- Saying [myhouses will bring up a gump allowing you to travel to houses you own. Doing so will charge you 2500 gold.
- Houses inside Luna walls now decay at a much faster rate than the rest of the world. Being a donator does NOT protect you from this. The decay rate is roughly the same as OSI inside the walls. Ageless houses are not affected.
Miscellaneous Changes
- Many of the Oceanic Series have recieved cosmetic updates to their name or hue
- The Bombard spell can no longer be used against training elementals
- Chaga Mushrooms now spawn all throughout the Abyss.
- Pet Bonding Food can now be used with Sea Horses.
- Resource Boxes now hold imbuing ingredients.
- Orcish Kin masks are now imbuable
- Added a player vendor search stone that lists every player vendor on the shard. Traveling to one will cost 2500 gold. This stone will be placed in Luna and New Insula.
- Due to the offline nature of the responsibilties of our Developer (Xeen), we have added a Bug Report Stone to the New Insula bank. Please use it to report bugs you encounter so they can be fixed in a timely manner.
- Ter Mur is in unrest! The Garogyle Queen Zhah has decreed that all citizens loyalty be checked with each new day, causing 5% of your loyalty to decay with every new login.
- Loyalty rating will not decay below 10000
- The Mondains Legacy peerless bosses have recieved upgrades to their artifacts. They will carry the [Pandora Peerless] tag.
Bug Fixes
- The Dream Wraith now displays its proper artwork.
- You can no longer stealth while mounted.
- A free hand is now required to drink all potions
- New characters will now recieve their race appropriate dagger
- Fixed a bug that incorrectly calculated property count on weapons and glasses (they no longer count resists). Property Weight still includes resistances
- You can now recall onto large boats and large dragon boats
- The Frostbringer Bow [Pandora Doom] now has its primary and secondary abilities added.
New Donation Items
- Blessed Item Bag will allow you to drop blessed items into it.
- No penalty soul forge house addon.

As I posted a strange bug already I would like to know now, why the pet leashes are gone and if it's possible to craft them in any way?
Can we get some info on "grandfathering" accts. Im happy to strip n close my extra 2, but is this some way of moving chars from on acct to another, think I read a post on runUO about doing this.

So I patched up to the end (7.0.15.1) or whatever it is, and when I tried to log on it just stayed at the Verifying Account screen. After numerous attempts, I re-downloaded UO from the pandora website (with 7.0.15 included) and re installed razor. Now, nothing... I cant log in. Razor crashes every time and it still just stays on the verifying account page. any suggestions??
I am having the same problem on 3 pc's. The client stays on verifying account. Anyone have an idea? I have downloaded it on 3 pc's and all 3 are doing it.

Same problem here. Downloaded everything last night. Game worked for me. Played around for a while. Get back up from some sleep & now stuck at verifying screen.
I had the same problem,
the solution for me was to disable firewall blocking for new installed client (7.0.15.1).
Yeah firewall , you need to add you a exception in Firewall
*facepalm* i just wasted a day downloading the install file for uo thinking it was already prepatched to the required state.
Was kicking myself when i realized it was at 7.0.3.0, as i already had that install.
o well patching atm, so hope to get in game soon.
Anyone else loosing their home? I am on magicina tram upper ne side with new patch my home is now filled with trees on the interior. At first i thought i could keep it, but alas a gm said i have to go as it will be gone soon..... Too bad i loved it there and wish i could sta :( y

"Grandfathering" indicates that because you were already allowed to have 5 accounts, the rule will not change for you. If you did not already have 5 accounts at the time of this change, you will not be able to create over 3 accounts per household without special permission of King Konstantine.

concerning spawns:
I mentioned it before, but got no answer that would help: Are the "bound souls" supposed to be in the Underworld Dungeon? They fill whole rooms and if they come in groups (what they do), it's not really possible to survive without some trouble. I ask, because I don't know if it is intended like that. Not really a bug, but a problem.
Also I noticed, that the undead mobs like Liches or Spectres, Skeletons etc. don't spawn in the Underworld Mausoleum (next to the banker, where the Blood Elementals are gone, too) anymore. There are Guardians now, like in Tomb of Kings.
And as we speak about Tomb of Kings:
Niporailem is there and he works, effectively. Also his Spectral Armor Beasts seem to work. But I've got a question concerning his loot: It's not very hard to kill him, but with the spectral armors and his ability to throw fake and heavy gold in your backpack, it's a matter of time. I ask myself if Niporailem's loot isn't a bit poor? He drops nothing of interest, even Gargoyle Shades drop better stuff.
Is this supposed to be like that?
