Instead of increases by 0.01, you should increase skills by 0.04, .03, and .02. I'm not whining or complaining about skill gain now as it seems very easy, but faster wouldn't hurt I don't think. :0)
Just a suggestion and by no means am I saying that it's broken and it's not slow to begin with.
Imo it would take all the work you need to do away from training skills up to GM...some skills are vey easy to train, but some are just not easy, andthat's intended. People should work at least a little hard to get a base spell damage increase bonus from inscription, or a base enhance potions bonus for alchemy, for example...
I would say some skills should yield gains more often, but not that they should increase 0.2s or 0.3s each time they increase.
