I read that spellweaving requires a quest to obtain the book. I was wondering if you also have to do the quest to be able to use the skill. I suppose I could say...is it possible to just buy the book from another player rather than do the quest?
I have never seen anyone sell the book and I believe you have to finish the quest before you can use the skill. Never tested it out tho.
