- Amount you donated
- Which items you would like.

*If you donate for any +5, +10, +20 skill balls. Make sure you include what skills you want to use them for, what the skill(s) are at exactly then, and what powerscrolls, if any you have ate for the specific skill. It's much easier to check your cap to make sure it's all good.
