whenever i make a removal rune & attempt to use it, i get a msg that i am not skilled enough to perform this enhancement...arms lore is at 100. do i need higher arms lore? or am i missing a related skill that i need to raise?

lol...I meant what is headkase's imbuing level? Wouldn't that be what is considered when attempting to use a stat removal rune? :P
Ohhh well that I don't know. I just have a guildmate do all my imbuing stuff and since he's 120 theirs a possibility that may be it.
