I've been at it for over five hours, and I have only gained 0.1% in the skill after training it from an NPC.
I tried:
Cat vs Lama (Got 0.1% skill gain, then nothing for a long time)
Polar Bear vs Polar Bear
Skeleton vs Zombie
Bird vs Bird
Mongbat vs Lots of different things (Ran around Lost lands)
Mongbat vs Mongbat
Skeleton vs Skeleton
My skill is sitting at 36.5%, and according to everything I looked at (including Pandora wiki and uo stratics) I should be able to gain on some or all of these mobs?
The only thing that is going up is musicianship (Started about 30some% and now is up to 75%!). Am I missing something here? I think I'm using the skill right and everything (Click provocation, click enemy 1, click enemy 2... Then it either fails or works, repeat.).
*Update* Well, now I feel stupid. It's raising now, on my 6th match-up. You know in the newbie dungeon the horse and the lama right by the stairs? Apparently they are the only thing that lets me gain so far. Right when I was about to give up. Miss-information going around? xP
