Hi

Ive seen a few houses that say Pending Demolition on the house sign - yet they never seem to actually dissapear.. just wondering if anyone knew anthing about this.. :p

I believe that means they have active rental contracts on them.

Yes. Vendors who are not owner's vendors. This will last as long as it takes for the contracts to expire + some days (i think 9).
