hello - can canons be made by blacksmiths on pandora and if so please tell me how .i have no options on my blacksmith menu or maybe i just dont see it.please help

i think luna is looking more like a junk yard with vendors in the street.
i tried to look in power scroll books and i get a message i cant reach it.

since polar bears are not tamable we cannot use the large tamming bods for the bears.
which means  less power scrolls.

take away from one quest and add to another.
