Ive had the same issue with the journal entry saying exceptional but the item itself not making a reference.

Things to note:
I am not GM
The item that I can remember doing this was female plate chest.

It took me a while to fill a BOD because I was watching the journal and not the item.  In other words I had to click on each item with the BOD gump to fill the deed.

The fish monger quest are not currently in game.

The Fish Market can be reached via the town portals.

Don't know why but the remake for Total Recall looks interesting.

Don't get me wrong I, the Pandora world is great.  I'm coming back to UO after an extended run in WoW and trying to relearn a lot of stuff that came along in expansions after I left.

I set up my own server prior to coming over to Pandora but playing UO alone just wasn't the same.  I could one shot the harrower, decorate to my hearts content but the community is what makes these games what they are.

I would prefer receiving the same award from each stone or just more pcoins.

As a critic.  The Pandora wiki is a bit lacking from the other shards above it on the Top 100 list.  I would recommend someone spend a little time on there identifying some of the unique changes to the server.  It's great to see all of the Artifacts and whatnot but you can get artifacts on any realm.  People tend not to answer questions in game either because they do not know the answers or because they are doing their own thing.  UO guide is somewhat deficient for the Pandora server.

I like the player communities (NPA, SOUL) and others.  Magicina would be a great player run town with a little bit of community there.  It's seems abandoned at the moment.  Since the guilds get their own towns maybe give the guild leaders options to reward people of voting or give the towns the ability to earn resource credits or expand their town boundaries with their influence on the shard maybe even give the guilds a subdomain off of pandorauo.com (ie npa.pandorauo.com) to advertise guild activities, organize events and entice others to defect or those not in a guild to actually join one.

How do the Top whatever list work anyway?  If other servers have greater populations they will get more votes.  Seems a little unbalanced to me.  Also for families in the same house.  Does everyone's vote count if multiple household PC's are voting or do the number of legitimate votes have a restriction against a single IP.  Does the mac address come into play? 

Sorry for rambling.  I would like to understand how it all works though and I would be very interested in assisting with the server (maintenance, events, wiki). 

I try to launch razor and i get  "The server address you entered could not be resolved" msg, play.pandourauo.com port 2593... is it down for maintence? I've tried uninstall and redownload...and changing address in uo reg to run off pandora directly..stil nothing..any ideas would be greatly apreciated.

Based on your address here you have a spelling error.  Try play.pandorauo.com.

Personally, combat skills are too easy to raise at the ele's and go back for another starter weapon if you need to.  I never realized the training ele's put a beating on any of the weapons anyway.

So after I updated my client to see the Exodus creature on the W.Brit bank my last facet (Fel) within UOAM no longer works.

Looking at the UO directory all of the Map files have a .uop (Pandora UO) extension.

Does anyone have any recommendations for pinpointing the map locations in order to use the TMAP Runebooks from The Lucky Lady or other rune libraries?

How do you obtain the Pandorian High Seas Artifacts?  There are no placards in the room to provide information as with the other artifacts.

Are these from fabled chest? MOBs?

Some of the reading on UO Guide had quest givers at the Fisherman's Tier from the bulletin board (not Present on Pandora) or the Fishmongers.

Not sure how complex the quest system is but if BOD's prove too challenging maybe install the quest system and put the rewards there.

I've been trying to locate a few animals to do BODs with.  Back in the day I used UO Stratics for everything but I'm having trouble locating some good spawns in Pandora.  

First I'm looking for multiple mountain goats.

Second is there a good spawn db for Pandora?
