The pvp incentive idea sounds good in theory but people aren't going to pvp if they don't want to. To put it simply, tried and true Trammys aren't likely to venture into the lawless lands to get artifacts and if they do and are faced with a pker most likely they will run, get pked, then get pissed off and possibly /ragequit.
I'm all for bringing pvp and I do agree with Mercs point but I'm just offering another point of view that I've seen expressed by players elsewhere.
I think we are on the right track to expand on fel based rewards but at the same time not taking away from trammel rewards.
