Maybe a Pirate Wars!  Make small lagoon, group up in teams, and last boat standing wins.

Also, have team uniforms so we dont kill our own players

Maybe a rugby type event.  Have two teams with team captians that choose their players (like dodgeball back in the day when it was socially accpetable).  Wait Dodgeball, thats a good one too!!  Anyways, when one picks up the ball they turn a certain color.  First to 10 points wins!
