Idk why. Most effective and insane wep in the game.
With Razor there is one ability of Composite Bow that doesn't work (Moving Shot) but it works fine with AssistUO.

So i don't think that there has to be fixed anything from Kon's side. It's an AssistUO related problem.

Ahhh, I thought the abilities were changed as well awhile. Dunno why. Maybe it was for another throwing wep..

As I said above. The server tried to enable Paralyzing Blow and Disarm. I am guessing this is because AI isnt the normal ability for glaives. This is something Kon and Vor would have to fix I think.

You can only set special abilities by "primary" or "secondary" You cant type the ability manually. Which is why it wont work for gargs with throwing weps. For some reason when you have a soul glaive equipped it wants to trigger the abilities you have when you have nothing equipped in your hands. (Paralyzing Blow, and Disarm)

Macro looks like this

I have made this one and works perfectly with anything besides throwing weps.

getenemy 'murderer' 'enemy' 'criminal' 'gray''closest'
setability 'primary' 'on'
attack 'last'

That will make it attack the nearest enemy with your primary ability. Wont work for gargs with throwing weps.
you can change 'primary' to 'secondary' also. So make 2 macros using that macro.

And about the bandis, I also just use a script for that. Scripts tend to be more accurate when it comes to that for some reason.

This is a great program, been using it for awhile. But since I play a garg here I cant quite use it.
The gargs special abilities on throwing weps dont register correctly. When you have a Soul Glaive equipped and set use the "primary/secondary on" macro in AUO it tries to turn on Paralyzing Blow or Disarm, instead of Armor Ignore or Mortal Strike. :(

I have been thinking about returning to this shard lately. I have a done a ton a shard hopping lately and this one is the only one im really attracted to. I logged in to find all my currency is gone from bank... So that kinda pushed me away. But then I read this thread. These updates sound awesome, but now I have no money to test anything out. The server population is still pretty low. there was only 14 people online the other night when I logged in.

What can we do to bring in new players, and vets that have left?
Have you guys thought of returning some things to normal?
Ore/Wood respawn rates? Before I left a few months ago it took hours for those to respawn. I guess I could understand why. (to many resources in game) Thing is theres so many resources stuck in the houses of players that no longer play.
Have you guys thought about modifying the IDOC system to start letting some old houses fall?

And will a GM ever contact me about me issue I said above? With my currency missing?
I posted a thread and also wrote a ticket in game. But no reply.
Or is it just gone?

I was just wondering because I have tons of accounts across gaming based forums. So I thought I will do some advertising for Pandora. And probably UO itself. Most my friends and others my age have never heard of UO up untill 2 years ago. Pandora is where I started :)
So im betting there are alot of other people that still have no idea it exists.

I still think some things can be dimmed back down a little and resources get a little boost. Maybe not to what they were before but a little boost would be nice. And a few other things.. This would make it easier on new players.. Kind of open up the noobie gates. Most people that are playing here are veterans... Which already have mostly everything they need. It seems things are getting buffed and items getting harder to get is to slow Veterans down, but its also making things more difficult on new players.. And new players are what a shard mostly needs to keep growing. As of right now it doesnt look like new players are joining and actually staying.


What if just players with the Young status got a buff that gives them better drop rates and other boosts? lol

But there is a new patch under way I believe? Who knows what to expect?  ??? lol. I like how they keep most things a mystery but.. I dont like it just as much :P Cant wait tho!

Anyway im just rambling, prolly dont even make sense.

I'm always a day late and a dollar short, but I was curious about which bosses/peerless are taking 5 vets with donator pets 30 minutes to kill.  "Most" would say to me that there are more that are this hard than those that are not.  I spend more of my time crafting than fighting, but I'm curious :)

A lot of good ideas and points in this thread. I like the ideas of basically revamping some dungeons. I remember when I first started playing UO here on pandora. Went into the trammel dungeons and thought whats the point of this place? Nothing special here... nothing even bad ass. lol. So I do agree that buffing/adding things to these dungeons would be cool. :)

The thing about new/old players (IMO)... Theres alot of things here that new players do not like to see. A lot of things are nerfed a lot of things are buffed. And what gets noticed more out of all things are the nerfed/bad conditions of a shard. Everything that is nerfed gets more attention than things that are buffed or made better. Kind of like mining and lumberjacking. No one likes that. But its needs to be done. most bosses/peerless being buffed to the point its taking 5 vets with dony pets 30 min to kill... Thats a bit much. That would turn me off to the shard too. but hey theres a ton of things I cant do myself anymore and only 29 ppl online so its hard to find someone who will help since half that 29 is afk and im still hanging around :) waiting for pandora to grow again :) But a noobie doesnt see it the same way those that have been here a long time do. They come check it out and see it only the way it is.

Sorry if all this dont make sense. In a bit of a hurry.

good idea, but what about houses with venders? they dont collapse till the venders are outta gold.
