I'm having trouble starting out.

Been macroing a lot, but the skill gain isn't making that much more powerful, especially if I don't have the armor to last through 2-3 skeletons

Where can I start gaining some gold?  I can only handle skellies at the moment in the newbie dungeon, and that's with the best free newbie loot I could find.

I need garg loot.  Any place I can search for this?  I tried player vendors, but the prices were ridiculous for crap armor and I couldn't afford it anyway.

Where can I find a Mysticism book, or do I even need one?

I went with that, magery, and imbuing.. got throwing up to 100, tactics is close, focus and meditation are gm now.

Without good gear, I can't do much.

Advice?

Oh yeah, is there a token book?

I tried UO Cart. a few times and no matter what directory I point the file to, every time I move in the game, Cart updates me on the wrong continent.

Even if I right click on the map, go to Facet and choose Ter Mur (that's where I am), the map changes, and shows me at the correct location, but when I move, poof, the map jumps back to Trammel again.  So annoying.  I downloaded the maps and put them in the UO Cart. folder.  That didn't seem to do much.

Any ideas?
