But no thanks for taking my house down in Luna. That was one that Gizmo placed for me to help make up for the account deletion and I kept it refreshed.

I saw it was removed a couple of weeks ago but felt like, oh well. Then I was thinking, first my account deleted (albeit restored) then this.

If you're wanting more action then why not create it? If you can, go kill someone somewhere and they'll advertise you well enough and that will bring the others out of Insula and to you.

Just attacking most Trammies will cause enough of a scene to produce your desired effects.

You'll see more of those but only for that stat. I think everyone kinda maxed it anyway since we have unlimited skilling and it won't 'make or break' any of your game time.

I had some personal issues about the cap but I prefer to get to know some people a little bit, whether I feel they're cool or not so cool. lol No skill cap kinda helps keep everyone in the game on a more personal level, not having to make so many alts to where you just can't keep up.

After some urging by Dleatherus and Mayaku I began recrafting the library shelves this morning. I still have a lot of building to go but books will begin to be added tonight, after work. If you were friended to the Malas house before it was replaced please PM me ingame to be added back upon the list and I'll reply/re-add sometime tonight EST. The IECM library will also continue construction this week.
