I picked up a 110 lore ps from a vendor.  When I try to use it I am told that I have to first use a wondrous scroll first.
Does that mean I have to use a 105 lore ps before I can use my 110?

Looks like it was a blast.

I was out doing the "Trick or Treat" thing with my children so I had to miss it, but looks like everybody had a good time.

I also was told that there was a smaller event just for newer players.  That is awsome that you took them into account and allowed newer players to have some success at a PvM event.

That does help. Thank you.  One other question...the web site pandorauo.com says there are pvm events every 2 hours...but I don't seem to see that many of them.  Am I just missing them or are they not happening every 2 hrs?  I see pvp all the time but I am looking for more pvm.  I don't care if I get PS or not, it's just fun to get 5-10 people working an event.

I have completed my taming...well until I get my hands on a power scroll.  But I was finally able to tame my first WW.  Its a good feeling and I can't explain how bad I want to run out and start hunting with it.

As you all know, I can't do that because step 1 of taming a good pet is to bond it.  So I now have to take it to the stables, feed it once, and let it sit for a week.  

I was wondering why there are no scrolls of bonding for sale, I don't think they are a donation Items but even if they are, I would not spend real money for it...I mean I can just let it sit for a week and use my donation money for something good.

I was just thinking it would be very helpful to sell a pet bonding scroll for 50,000 gold so people can use that pet which can take a long time to earn.

I read that spellweaving requires a quest to obtain the book.  I was wondering if you also have to do the quest to be able to use the skill.  I suppose I could say...is it possible to just buy the book from another player rather than do the quest?

More of an FYI thing that I cant locate anywhere else...

I am currently working on my taming skill and I have noticed a couple things:

What I am doing:  I am taming animals, then I kill them so another one spawns.  (it is my understanding that once you gain off an animal, you cant gain off them again)

When I try to cast a spell on the pet it says that I cannot perform hostile acts against my pet.

So I have to release it...sometimes it gives me another window just to make sure I want to release it and other times it just releases the pet...I then kill it with some BOOM BOOM kinda magic :-p

I was looking at some training ideas on a few websites and they say that if I am in a guild...then I can cast hostile spells against my pets.  
Is that correct?  If so it would help to build my pets resist spells once I get all trained up, and it would help to be in a guild now so I could just kill em once I tame em.

any ideas ?

    I just started and am trying to figure this thing out.  I have worked some skills up to 100 in the training room.  (Necromancy, Spirit Speaking, Magery, Meditation, Wrestling, Swordsmanship, Mace Fighting, Fencing, Focus)  and I used that 75 skill ball thing to get 75 Animal Taming, Inscription, and Poisioning.  

    Hope I am working in the right direction here...OK, anyways I was looking at a few websites and from what I can gather I have 2 basic goals right now that I could use a little help with if nobody minds offering some assitance.

I am reading that in Tokuno (I think its spelled that way) I can simply grind out some time for some good items, but I see that doesnt happen on every UO server...is that going on here?  Seems like a good way to figure out my character and earn some useful stuff.

Also, where can I work taming up over 75?  Is there any good spots or suggested areas that I hopefully wont die 99% of the time ya know, like 80% is ok LOL.  Any suggestions would be appericated.
