Mysticism spell

The mysticism spell ENCHANT says its disabled when i try to use it , will it be reactivated in the future or is it gone for good ?

We didn't have much of a use for it with the way Pandora works, we have many "enchant" things, like imbuing, spells, etc.

It might reappear in the future.

The spell isnt like imbueing something its more like  consecrate weapon  or   immolate.
