- Added full support for 'catchers mark' on fish weighing 128+ stones
- Added full support for rarity control, including property tags

Vehicles

- Fixed a bug that can cause Docked Vessel Items to be leaked to the Internal map
- Fixed bugs with keys not working or being removed (applies to new keys only)
- Fixed a bug that causes boats to suddenly sink under the water near coast-lines

Hailstorm Spell

- Nerfed HailStormSpell special FX and repeat count

Houses

- Fixed a bug with house LockDowns always returning 0
