Back after two years, can't get account to work on UO

Been gone for two years, started playing again.  After I began a new account, i remembered  have an old one.  Can log in on old account only on the website, but when I go log into UO game itself, nothing happens.  Says I need to restart EA everytime. Is my old account gone or something?

Send me your UO account name that you logged in with via private message.

Though 2 years without logging in once, we cannot promise the account still exists. Much has changed in 2 years and there is a good chance the account would be of little relevance or help anyways.
