Some questions before start play ...

Hello am new to the shard and my english sucks, saw on the main page that can have 3 accounts per ip. Can I make a master account and one to collect resources? Type mine or pick up wood for me while I play or macroing else?
Another question I leave my player macro normally or has some rule about macroevolution afk?

Your English is fine. Yes you can do as you say, you can have one account you play, and one that gathers resources. You can macro afk almost anything, with the exception of things that get you gold like killing monsters and looting them, or making scrolls with inscription and selling the scrolls.  Also you cannot heal your character with another account in Doom and other main PvM areas.
