New Player coming from Abyss.

Greetings,

I am currently one of the FEW players left on the Abyss Shard. One of the main problems with it is its all Russian run, etc. Nice to be able to post in English, etc.
I would like to know how the PVP is here? I am not a PVP'er. I have never played long enough to get strong enough to go against another player. I almost always die when I am attacked by another. Therefore, Does this shard have just one area that one can die by another players hands? is there a safe area that has everything one needs to play the game without getting killed by other players?

Also, what are the rules or requirements to get/use a Vendor on this shard?

Sorry, just read the Rules. No mention of other Shards.
I am trying to find a way to Delete the Shard named above.
