Hello!

[Balthazer]

Well my in game name is Balthazer.

 I had played UO from Beta till EQ had been live for a few months. My last UO retail account that I sold had two castles on Lake Superior (2 patios and a keep as well). Needless to say quite a bit has changed and I do feel somewhat lost atm.

I left EQ with my guild (We were ranked #2 in the world). We were a very high end raiding guild. We went through DAOC and WoW leading in most of everything (PvP/PvM Raiding). I left Wow for a year. Came back and went into another raiding guild (which when the Tournament Grounds were released we were #1 for content in the world), but this became a full time job (6 days a week 5-6 hours per night) So I left WoW.

Feeling the draw and the financial crunch I started playing on one of the top WoW Private servers. I was asked to be a GM on one of the five servers and within three months I was made the HGM over all the realms. (30+ GM's working for me)

I am still in charge over there, tho its mostly admin type stuff. I rarely play.

A week ago I was talking to my wife and told her that I was missing alot of the old school feel to the games. I downloaded D&D Online (Which I also played prior).. Couldnt stand it.

I then thought of UO. I downloaded it and checked the voting sites and found Pandora. I can say that this is what I have been missing. No hurries, no worries. It also seems that the shard is a tight nit community. I have also found that the player base is extremely helpful (A good thing on private servers).

Sorry for the long winded note here.. I am an old man and tend to ramble on..

Welcome Balthazer! We are glad to have you. It is good to see a lot of old UO players coming back to the game. I am one of those myself. Coming back after being away so long is a bit nervewracking to say the least.
