Quick razor problem

So not exactly sure where the problem is.

When I'm in game, everything regarding Razor like the skills in the razor tab, or when someone casts a spell..I get errors about invalid strngs or such.

I believe this has to do with the error message I get whenever I am starting razor.  When I start up razor..I get an error saying "Razor was unable to locate and load a suitable UO cliloc file.  Some text may not be displayed."

Does this have to do with my client options?  I had to manually set my uo client in razor because it wasn't finding it.  I went into the Stygian Abyss folder and there were about 4 or 5 different options and only 2 worked.  Client.exe and UO.exe.  UO.exe brought up a patcher..which I thought we didn't want to patch it after the normal SA install.  Client brings up UO just fine..besides this cliloc issue.

Should I patch it?  I am at UO version 7.0.7.1 (patch 23)

Anythign else I should have done?  Windows 7 if that matters..actually I've tried it on my desktop has Vista and it does the same.
