Running UO on different laptops in my home, problem Verify

I started playing UO here with my kid a couple of weeks ago. Worked fine for a while but then, on one laptop my kids account became stuck on verifying I tried uninstalling then reinstalling, updating to 7.0.8.0 then 7.0.8.2 but I am still stuck at verifying.... There any way to remove this problem on my end?
