Fresh install, razor stuck on Loading Client, won't connect

Hi All, returning to UO after several years away. This server sounds great but I'm having some difficulties connecting. I have a fresh install of the client (7.0.8.2) & Razor (latest, from their site), both ran as admin. I have checked the forums for any help & tried several suggestions but still getting stuck.

After I get past the initial Razor screen where it asks for directory locations & server info it will successfully open the client to the login screen but the Razor 'splash' screen stays open on 'Loading Client' and it's always on top. The client itself will always give me the can't communicate with Origin error anytime I try to login. I've tried quite a few different account names in case that's the problem.

I have tried another custom server that used a similar setup & had no problem logging into it & Razor behaved properly. Other client of course in a different directory and Razor pointed to the correct resources for the server I'm trying to connect to.

Looking forward to jumping in, any help would be greatly appreciated.
