Suggestion for Tokuno turn ins

Based on the new drop rules for minor tokuno arties I was wondering if the turn in could be changed slightly.  I think the random greater is a efficient way of help regulating the prices of the valuable ones however for me I am not after any of the greater artie rewards anymore.  I am interested in obtaining the special pigments that you can get.  I was wondering if it would be possible to have an option when the turn in screen comes up about the greater so that you can select it to give you a random pigment or a random greater.  There are 10 greater tokuno arties and 20 pigments.  I have done well over 30+ turn ins and have received a single pigment in that time.  At that rate the pigments are worth more than any of the arties will be and they are just visual items that provide nothing more then how gear looks.

I believe pigments aren't meant to be common anyway...the best colors like that neon green, berserker red and such should be VERY rare, so there's no point on having them flooding the shard...
Getting your stuff (arties...) colored should give you a kind of "status" and not simply make you like everyone else.

Another thing I had been thinking was perhaps increasing the amount needed for a turn in from 10 to 20 or 25. That would keep the "flood" down, but still make it possible to obtain them.

it's going to get really hard to farm tots as dojo and mines will become popular places for hunting once drop rates get raised again, so i believe that will be enough to balance the economy.
