HALLOWEEN - The Walking Dead!

- 'The Walking Dead' event will run the entire month of October.

- ***The Walking Dead are the bodies left over from Pandorian citizens that didn't recover their bodies after resurrection. They have been secretly conspiring for months underground to take over Pandora and run the world as they see fit... as they are left over of your souls.
  There was a feice battle where King Konstantine used all of his power to force them back into their caves within the Pandora soil. There has been word that if they cannot take over our lands and towns they will build their own exactly like Pandora.
  Rumor has it that they have started to build their first town, Moonglow. They have built only about 10% of the island but that is too much! If they get even 1 city completed they will have enough power and economy to build lands more rapidly.
  Pandorians you must stop them! They are breeding quick! They were last seen running back into their cave inside Umbra's Necromancy shop! Slay em all!***

- Details about 'The Walking Dead Event': The Walking Dead are very simliar to rotting corpses, except different in color and their power varies. Some are weak with only 100 hit points, others have around 3000, you never know. Some die in 1 hit, others take a bit.
  There are about 40 new decorations that have a chance to drop on a Walking Dead corpse. They are very cool and you can see them soon inside Umbra Necromancy Shop. The chances to get a decoration is not easy but not super crazy, remember the event runs for a whole month,
  I want the decorations to be rare or have some value. Please do not complain over global chat if you are unlucky for a couple hours or even most the day. You will be instant chat banned. Good chance you will not be able to get every one of them unless you are in the market a lot. Most of the deco is art work you guys have never seen, because it's new. If you are not at client 7.0.18 you will not see some of it.
  The Walking Dead unfinished Moonglow town is in Trammel, and their is 1 healer on the Island near where you come in from the Umbra Necromancy Cave (Thank you Testamant for the logistics). To go back to Umbra simply walk back the same way you came in.




GARGOYLES & Blacksmith


- You can now repair all Gargyole Weapons, Shields, Armor via Blacksmithing... Most Garg gear already on Pandora this will not effect, but all new Garg gear from here on out you can.

- Gargish Stone armor from here on out will automatically have Self Repair: 10 (Gargoyles are masters of the Earth & Rock, Stone armor, except Large Stone Shield, cannot be repaired via Blacksmithing because it won't need too)

- Added All Gargish Shields to Blacksmith menu (Chaos, Order, Kite, Large Plate, Medium Plate, Small Plate, Stone)

- Gargish Glass Sword, Glass Staff, Stone War Sword & Serpent Stone Staff Added to Blacksmith Menu

- Gargoyle's are masters of Imbuing, and they are slowly learning how to even Imbue their own artifacts. The follow Artifacts: Dragon Jade Earrings, Light in the Void, Staff of Resonance, Valkyeries Glaive, Void Infused Kilt, obtained from hear on out will be Imbuable. (Note* Artifacts gotten before this patch will not be)



MISC

- New Players to shard (Young) will now start with a stat ball inside their backpack.

- Wiped companion help balls that you start with as a new player. (we have a better system now)

- Server saves will now happen once an hour instead of once every 20 minutes. This might make it a longer save when it happens, but will disrupt you less more during game play.
  We do run the risk, if we crash, it's a bigger roll back (50 minutes max) but Pandora is very stabled and have not had a crash in months that wasnt on purpose. This was voted on by many veterns.

- New welcome messages when new players log on for the first time.

- 'Ring of the Soul Binder', one of the rares Corgul The Soulbinder drops (south of port of sea horse) is now abled to be Imbued. The stock stats it comes with are: FC 1, FCR 3, DCI 15, SDI 12, LMC 6, MR 3, LRC 10.
         
- 'Leviathan Hide Bracers' that is one of the rares that drops off Scalis the Enforcer can be Imbued now.


- New Relic Fragments from here on out will weigh 300 stones each so they cannot be stolen.                  
         
- Corgul the Soulbinder now will always drop 2 Relic Fragments on corpse.

- Scalis the Enforcer (along the lake in Doom) will always drop 4 Relic Fragments on his corpse.

- The stolen artifact 'Inquisitors Resolutions' that can be stolen in Doom from here on out you will be able to Imbue them. They also went from 8 LMC Stock to 12 and 3 Mana regen added on. (they also have 3 fcr)   

- Stealable artifact timings in all dungeons have been adjusted.

- It's a new month, the voting websites have reset. Make sure you vote on the stones in New Insula once every 12 hours. Remember, you must actually vote inside your browser when it pops up. If caught not voting all your Pandora Coins will be deleted and possible jail.

I forgot you mortals have Str limits, already have set it to 40 stones each on next reboot right after I put update in.
