Fame/Karma gains

Greeting's all,

I was wondering if you could help me with something quick...

For the past 2 days I have been farming the newbie dungeon by killing the demons to get fame and karma. But as of yesterday I checked my [mystats, then for the next hour I killed demons, checked my stats again and neither fame nor karma moved at all - they're only a little over 9k in both. I'm trying to get Glorious Lord (Which my uncle did from killing demons in newbie dungeon). So How is it possible for someone to obtain Glorious Lord off Demons but I can't? heh.

Are you sure he got that in the newbie dungeon? because felucca yields 2x fame and karma gains...ter mur (facet the newbie dungeon is in), being trammel ruleset, yields very low fame and karma gains.

Did you accidently lock your carma and the shrine while tithing?

no sir, I have never even tithed before or used an ahnk to rez .

Demons actually yield relatively low fame and karma. It would take quite a while to get to Glorious Lord. I recommend blood elementals or something with level 5 fame, as opposed to the demons' level 4.
