I believe that is the correct name for the stone which you can switch skills between characters.
Anyways that is what I am looking for info on?
Is it possible to get and how?

The Red Soulstone is obtainable on Pandora.  It is given as a vet reward after 30 days I believe.
Don't ask too many questions about what goes on at Alifanfaron's house on Weird Wednesdays. You might not be prepared for the answers.
