Can such a thing be implemented?

There are quests for human to elf and vice versa, but yeah there are such things. I'm not entirely sure, but I thought there were some on the donation side of the donation/coin room that you can get to via the moongate.

Quests:
Human ==> Elf
Elf ==> Human

Yes I know about those quests, thank you. But it's more for gargoyles than anyone else  Though some lazy men might use it on Human to elf change.
