Imuing Chances 115-120

I am at 115 imbuing.  Is there a calculation that will tell me my increase percentage of success by going to 120? I seem to fail way too often at 115 and have pretty much given up imbuing anything.  Didn't know if 120 would give me a significant increase in my chance to succeed or if I just use what I have and don't worry about imbuing until the system is altered or something else comes along.

Well, I was told through the in game help system that 115 to 120 improved my odds by a good amount.  So, donate for a PS, a +5 skill ball and some imbuing resources.  Six attempts and I have two destroyed valerite runic hammer crafted weapons.  Of course, the ONLY two that had anything I wanted on them when I crafted them.  Yea, love the odds now.  Bad luck?  Sure, probably but really this seems to be a freaking crappy system.  

Guess I a done imbuing until they get something in place that won't cost me cash or hours upon hours gathering resources to be so easily thrown way.
