Begging

I posted a bug about begging and then got to thinking... its kinda useless. Maybe we could implement a new begging system. Like perhaps a begging quest or system of quests. The rewards wouldn't be too great as its begging, but something would be kinda cool. We could consider implementing stealing, snooping, begging, taste ID, or forensics into current quests so it always doesn't result in a scavenger hunt. That scavenger crap gets old. I don't have too much of an idea going but if all of us work together maybe we can start fleshing something out for the staff to start taking interest in. So start bouncing ideas or what you'd like to see or not see in a new begging system and lets see what we can come up with. Thanks.

I just had a fun idea, how about we make it so if you beg from a red player in a town, they gots to pay you    The number is determined by your skill and how many kills they have.

You have to admit, that would be humorous, watching a red run from a pack of beggers.    I might even bring up that skill...

I got the idea from playing assasins creed, in that game you if you are "notorious" (same as red) and are trying to walk around town undetected, you sometimes get beggars getting in your way and you have to get them off without drawing attention to yourself. Pretty much pay up or the guards may notice you. Your lets call it "redness level" determines how likely you are to get noticed. Awesome game btw.
