Dread War Horse?

I see Pandora Wiki mentions something about a Dread War Horse pet.  3 slot horse pet same stats as a bane dragon.  I am just wondering does this thing spawn?  If so, where?  If not, why not?  And I think it should.  Sounds like a fun pet to own.
