Can't see in game

Hello,
I can login but my characters name says Generic Player and when i click into it i can hear music and i can see the gray dragon backround but i cannot see anything else in game. Anyone know whats wrong? Thanks.

I think thats what happens if the name you chose is already taken, you may need to type in a different name...

make sure your patched up all the way

also the first thing you type and hit enter will be your name if you get the generic player pop up. It means you already chose a name someone else had.

How do i make sure im patched all the way? I dont want to screw anything up haha.

Connect to the OSI servers using the regular UO client (NOT Razor) and you should automatically patch up to the most current version.
