After two hours of fishing I came up with lots of fish and foot ware and one pirate. Gm skill. What am I doing wrong?

White pearls are rare on this server.

White pearls should come up every 30 minutes or so. About the same rate as pirates. Try to stay in the deep sea.

I believe they come up with a Deep Sea Serpent, when you pull up a white pearl.

Yes, I know that. But, what I'm saying is two hours of fishinf and not one mib or net....

All my MIB have come from the drown pirates.  All but one pirate has had one.  One of the MIB then spawned a deep sea serpent that had another MIB.

Of course, after stating what I did in the above post, I went out tonight and did some fishing.  Got a drowned pirate, killed it and no MIB.  Just a level 1 treasure map.  I am doing fishing for the paintings and deco stuff not necessarily for the treasure from the chests.  Surely MIB haven't been replaced with the new treasure system?

I spent a good few hours the other day gm'ing fishing and only pulled up one pirate that had a MIB on it and did a drive by of a deep sea serpent that was wandering around and he had one as well.  Other than that I've bought any I've found on vendors...they def. seem pretty hard to come by. =/
