Raising Lockpicking

Hi there everyone.

I have a question in regards to Lockpicking.  I have managed to buy Lockpicking up to 23 off of a tinker vendor but I've read that thief Guildmasters also teach Lockpicking and that they usually teach more than tinker trainers.  My question is, are there any thief Guildmasters arround on this shard?  I have looked in alot of towns but so far haven't managed to find one.

If someone could point me in the direction to finding one or let me know if there is a different way to raise lockpicking I would be most grateful.

I asked in [c once. Nobody replied.

I've since found one on my own. Go to old Haven town. Same island as New Haven. It's the part of town that's now crawling with undead.

Forget for the moment why is it that for a town that's crawling with undead, there are still NPC shop vendors going about their business as usual. =D

No problem, mate. I got chests that you can use to raise off, should you need some. I've yet to get a chest for 95 to 100 (I don't know if it's even possible to make a chest for that range). PM me if you need them.
