Can someone explain in detail what the house decay times are for each step of the falling process.
Slightly worn = time?
fairly worn = time?
greatly worn = time?
in danger of collapsing = time?

If someone could please explain it to me it would be greatly appreciated.

I am going to estimate it takes a week per stage.  But could be 2 weeks if you have donated I think

So when a house turns idoc it has 7 days left? and if they donated it has 14 days?

mkey so:

QuoteQuote from EA support:
The length of time for a house to decay can vary from 4 to 7 days, with each stage of decay generally lasting anywhere from 1 to 2 days. Game Masters will not tell you how long it will be until the house decays.

QuoteQuote from stratics board:
goes from
-this building is like new
-this structure is slightlty worn
24 hours after it will hit
this structure is fairly worn
24 hours or so
structure is greatly worn
again 24 hours....this structure is in danger of giving everyone its loot
....7 hours or so after that time

So normally it's 4-7 days, in Pandora it's 2 months, so just do the math and u will know everything :)

I have heard from Kon "about 2 months"

It is no different for donators.

Donators however have protection from thier accounts being deleted through inactivity. Thier house will decay just like everyone else.

Sorry no truly accurate answers. :)

Bringing up the old post but this should be addressed. 2 month for house to fall is reasonable but they shouldn't go into Demolition Pending. Here's my reasons:

1. I can put a vendor on a house plot holding 21,360 gold and won't fall for a whole year.
( 356 days * 60 gold per day= 21,360 gold plus 9 days for the vendor owners to retrieve the items from their expired vendors)http://www.uoguide.com/IDOC

2. If items were left on vendor after 2 months and not sold the price was to high or no one wanted it and should have been donated to new player box.http://www.uoguide.com/File:Ring.jpg

3. It will free up time for gm's from nukeing em.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=clhKApwoOKE

4. When houses go into Demo pending they are suppost to be owned by UO. After watching some of these houses they stay in owners name.
